Rentals & Leasing

Property Owners & Landlords

Property owners submitting listings confirm they have full authority to advertise the property and that all information provided is accurate.

Property owners agree to indemnify Cosmic Real Estate against claims arising from misleading or false listings.

User Due Diligence

All users are responsible for conducting independent inspections, legal searches, and verification before entering into any property transaction.
